Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to replace an exhaust fan in the Main Laboratory. The exhaust fan is a critical laboratory component of the HVAC system, fume hoods, lab safety and building envelope. This is an Emergency Repair and Should Be Completed Asap as the Building Temps Are Affecting Research and Scientific Equipment.
