Renovation of a mixed-use development in Galveston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and 550-space parking garage.
To provide UTMB pricing for the Repairs in M69 Parking Garage #1: Remove loose masonry throughout, Address cracks in masonry throughout, Remove all loose concrete overhead spalls, Walls and Columns, Overhead Repairs, Rout and Seal Control Joints, Traffic Coating, Floor Surfaces, Curb Repairs, Replace damaged trench drain covers throughout, Clean and Coat All Corroded Steel throughout, Floor Repairs, Expansion Joints at Deck Roof Level Cracks Sealant, Prepare and Coat Steel Precast Connections Damaged , masonry Façade (RE: Life Safety) each garage will vary, Repair or replace lighting that is not working to include conduit as is existing condition, Clean and Coat corroded steel, Repair or Replace lighting that is not working to include conduit and fixture if needed. NEW LED LIGHTING FIXTURES NOT REQUIRED only replace existing T8 or T 12 with new LED Bulbs and replace Ballast if required. See specs/scope sheets for any additional scope. Fire Alarm: test and verify all existing fire alarm devices (fire alarm pulls and strobes) are functioning properly.
