Reference Number 0000379062 Purchase Type: Duration: 2 years Option: Three (3) one-year renewals The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide Occupied Properties & Vacant Lot Ordinance Compliance Lawn & Weed Mowing Services in the City. The Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, necessary insurance, expertise, trades, supervision and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. Note: that this solicitation does NOT include mowing of City Owned Properties or Roads & Pathways Right of Ways in the City. These services will be solicited in separate solicitations. The City previously issued the three types of the City's Lawn Mowing needs as one solicitation, but has determined it is in the best interest of the City to separate into three separate solicitations. The term is for a period of two (2) years; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for three additional 1-year periods.
