Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moose Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the demolition and debris removal of a burnt-down water treatment plant, the repair of damaged curb stops, and the removal of burnt and/or abandoned homes. Additionally, it includes the installation of two (2) septic and two (2) water cistern systems within the community and the decommissioning of the existing waterlines at those homes. The work will be carried out in compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring minimal disruption to the community while restoring the site to a safe and functional state. The Contractor must complete the project no later than August 1st 2025 or within 90 (days) after the Contract is signed by Manitoba. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/03/21 12:00:00 PM CDT Manitoba may also reject all or any part of a Bid, or waive technical requirements if the interests of Manitoba so require.
