Reference Number 0000294587 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/06 12:00:00 PM CDT The supply and application of dust control chemical at various locations in the vicinity of Moose Lake, Cormorant, Cranberry Portage, Sherridon and Snow Lake. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Dates and Liquidated Damages Work Shall Be Completed No Later Than July 25, 2025. Notwithstanding the Provisions for Liquidated Damages, Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Date Will Be Charged at the Rate of Twenty Five ($25.00) Dollars Per Kilometer Per Calendar Day on the Balance of Roads Which Have Not Been Treated With Dust Control Chemical at the Regional Application Rate. Kilometers of Road in This Contract Will Be Considered "Untreated", and Subject to Liquidated Damages Until the Full Application Rate Has Been Applied to the Roadway. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: August 20, 2025.
