Upon award of a contract, the successful contractor shall furnish to the Owner a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. The awarding contractor shall be able to supply proof of and maintain the following insurance throughout the period of performance determined in the contract: Workers' Compensation insurance and employee liability insurance for any employees of the contractor performing services under contract. (Minimum liability insurance $1,000,000 umbrella). Automobile liability insurance not less than $100,000 per person $300,000 per accident on bodily injury and not less than $25,000 per accident for property damage. If it is a claims-made policy, a three-year tail with limits of $1,000,000 for any one accident or loss has to be in place. Contractor shall require any subcontractors to provide and maintain insurance as required above.
