Construction Estimate - $650,000 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A certified check or bid bond not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, payable to Davis School District, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Upon award of a contract, the successful contractor shall furnish to the Owner a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.
