Renovation of a parking garage in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Gold 1 Garage (G1G), West General Robinson Street Garage (WGRSG), North Shore Garage (NSG) and Tribute to Children (TTC) 2025 Concrete and Joint Repairs (trade package) The contract for this work will be with the SA for G1G and WGRSG and with the SEA for the NSG and TTC. Inquiries regarding the bidding should be made to the SEA, 171 10th St, 2nd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, Attention: Hillary Frisbie - E-mail: procurement@pgh-sea.com. Bid pricing (for base bid and/or alternates) may be held open by Owner for a period of ninety (90) days following bid opening before award of contract. All Bids will require a ten percent (10%) surety in the form of a Bid Bond, a certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid. The surety is required as a guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded the contract, enter into a written contract with the Owner. MWBE Participation.
