The City of Seaford reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities in any bid or bids. The City of Seaford operates stationary emergency generators at various locations throughout the City; five are driven by diesel engines and two are by natural gas with a variety of generator manufacturers as described herein. The City of Seaford is requesting BIDS for routine maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency response / repairs contract for seven of its emergency generators. The term of the contract shall be for two years and is intended to commence on July 1, 2025, and end June 30th, 2027, with the first required services occurring in December 2025.
