PY24 City of Dunkirk Sidewalk Replacement Project Bids should not exceed $92,000.00. the City of Dunkirk Sidewalk Replacement Project involving sidewalk excavation and construction as part of the City s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. This contract is subject to the higher of the New York Department of Labor and Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rate determinations. Contractors will be required to adhere to NYS DOL prevailing wage schedules in paying wages to employees. The prevailing wage schedules in effect at the time of the contract execution shall control.
