Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Florence, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 1,350-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Florence, Colorado, is requesting bids from a qualified Architect or Engineer for design services to design and prepare plans and a construction bid package to replace the Pioneer Park restroom building in Florence, Colorado 81226. Florence Pioneer Park Restroom Design The City of Florence will accept sealed proposals for the following general scope of work for completion within sixty (60) calendar days after Notice To Proceed. This project requests professional services to provide design, plans, and specifications to construct a restroom building with approximate dimensions of 30'x45', divided into a men's and women's sections, with a narrow mechanical room in between. Any questions concerning proposals shall be directed to the City Clerk at the email address cortlyne.huppe@florencecolorado.org. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
