Contract 1 work consists of but is not limited to the replacement of existing soil stack and all associated work for a complete project. Contract 2 work consists of but is not limited to the replacement of kitchen casework and all associated work for a complete project. Contract 1 and Contract 2 shall closely coordinate all work where kitchen and soil stack work conflicts. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in the work being performed. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
