Renovation of an educational facility in Rexburg, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 29,500-square-foot educational facility.
Madison School District#321 will accept sealed bids to install new membrane roof on the Hibbard Early Childhood Center. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid or bids deemed best for the School District and to waive any technicality. Idaho State Public Works Contractors License Required. Hibbard Early Childhood Center; 2413 N 3000 W: Approximately 29,500 sqft 1. Remove entire existing metal roofing 2. Supply and install ½” DenDeck roof board 3. Supply and install 60 mil TPO membrane 4. Properly flash all penetrations 5. Supply and install new 24-gauge soffit panels and fascia panels at all eaves 6. Supply and install new TPO Clad drip edge 7. Supply and install new 24-gauge parapet cap flashing at all parapet walls 8. Supply and install snow stops 9. Provide 20-year labor and material warranty 10. Provide 5-year contractor warranty
