The Larimer County Facilities Management Department is requesting quotations with the intention of contracting with one or more companies for the following Services and/or Goods: At the Larimer County Loveland Campus, remove existing turf and replace with low water use planting per plan. Question Deadline 03/21/2025 at 11:59 PM MT All questions regarding this Department Request For Quotation (D-RFQ) must be emailed to Newlen Sutton at suttonen@co.larimer.co.us. Include both the D-RFQ number and Title in the Subject Line of the email, or your question may be missed. -In accordance with plan provided, remove existing landscape and install new landscape. -Install native seed in accordance with Colorado Native Grass Working Group guidance. -Soil prep to include native seeding section. -Native seeding will be drill seeded and hydro mulched. -Vendor will reseed as need to attain coverage and provide weed control during the first season. -Vendor will coordinate irrigation scheduling with Facilities representative. -New landscape will be free of weeds at project completion. -Vendor will provide a one-year warranty on all plant material and irrigation. -Vendor is responsible for complete jobs site clean up after project completion. -Vendor is responsible for meeting all applicable codes, furnishing any necessary permits, observing traffic safety requirements and ensuring work keeps industry best practices. -All work must be completed by 30 September 2025.
