The Contractor should inspect the site to clearly understand the work specified. Any questions should be directed to the Director of Inspection and Enforcement at 217.228.4540 The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all bids. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous proposal for the city.
