Procurement Shared Services (PSS) is requesting tenders on behalf of the Department of Environment and Climate Change for the provision of Janitorial Services in the community of Fort Simpson. Question Deadline 03/14/2025 All questions or enquiries ("Enquiries") concerning this Tender must be in writing and be submitted no later than two (2) Business Days prior to the Submission Deadline. Questions or enquiries received after that time may not result in an answer being provided. Questions should be directed to the following (the "Contact Person"): Attention: Contract Administrator Contact Location: Procurement Shared Services Government of the Northwest Territories Department of Finance Hay River, NT Pho It is anticipated that the contract be for a two-year period and will commence on April 1, 2025, or as soon thereafter as possible, and will expire on March 31, 2027. The GNWT will have the sole option of extending the contract for an additional two, one-year terms. The GNWT reserves the right to seek an extension to the bid validity period prescribed herein. Upon notification in writing from the GNWT Bidders shall have the option to either accept or reject the proposed extension.
