Estimate is $100-125k ARMENIAN CULTURAL FOUNDATION invites sealed bids for the GLENDALE YOUTH CENTER PROJECT, located at 211 West Chestnut Street, Glendale, CA 91204 1) Phase I: 500 sq. ft. Library Area Remodel (Remove all existing flooring including hallway; Repair substrate as needed, Remove existing water fountain; Patch and 3 repair walls as needed; Install new flooring in the library area including Hallway Area; Paint all walls and ceiling; Remove existing light fixtures; add new light fixtures and wiring as needed; Install built in shelving/acoustics panels as needed; Add new awning outside entrance to protect the entrance/flooring from rain) 2) Phase II: Installation of New Security Cameras (Remove and replace 11 exterior security cameras; Remove and replace 17 interior security cameras; Add 4 cameras where needed to cover blind spots NVR, HDD junction boxes, ethernet switch, cable, accessories, and supplies as needed.) The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to award all or any individual part/item of the Bid, and to waive any informalities or technical defects, whichever may be in the best interest of the Owner *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
