City of Papillion is requesting Qualifications/ Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services for Papillion City Park Destination Playground and Road Improvements. Project location for this work will be Papillion City Park, 202 W Lincoln St, Papillion, NE 68046. Construction of an upgraded public park with new recreational amenities, enhanced pedestrian and vehicular circulation, landscape improvements, and supporting infrastructure. Key elements of the project include a park pavilion and stage, event lawn, seating areas, playgrounds, synthetic turf lawn, walking trails, parking improvements, lighting and power improvements, signage, irrigation, site utilities and small water feature.
