Sarpy County is seeking qualified contractors to replace broken and deteriorated concrete panels at the 1102 Building, which is located at 1102 E. 1st Street, Papillion, NE 68046. Work consists of saw cutting, removal, subsurface repair/prep, new concrete, caulking, sealing, and striping. This Project shall consist of repairing Portland cement concrete parking pavement at the locations shown on the attached map. The work shall include: saw cutting and removing deteriorated concrete, disposing of old concrete, preparation of the subgrade area, and furnishing, placing, finishing, and curing the concrete, cutting sealing joints, concrete sealing, caulking joints, installing concrete washout facilities, traffic control, and striping parking stall and curbing. Phasing: The Contractor will work with the County on scheduling and phasing the Project work to ensure full access to the building by the public and employees throughout the Project Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/25/2025 10:00 AM CT The County reserves the right to award less than the full scope of the project. The County may award selected areas based upon bid prices and available budget. The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities. The successful Vendor shall be required to furnish a performance bond, and said bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid, written by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Nebraska. Said performance bond shall be provided to the Sarpy County Clerk within ten (10) days after execution of the contract documents and bid award. Bond may be secured through the Vendor's usual sources.
