Site work and paving for a road / highway in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The improvement includes Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) full-depth patches, milling, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay, pavement markings, traffic control, and miscellaneous associated work including cleanup and restoration, all in accordance with contract documents including Plan File No. 674-044/070, located along Fleur Drive from George Flagg Parkway to W. Martin Luther King Jr Parkway, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than October 15, 2025, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
