Questions regarding this SOQ shall be submitted to: Ross Mollenhauer, City Engineering Manager (406) 552-6764 Mollenhauerr@ci.missoula.mt.us The type of consultant services required under this request may include, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: o Overall project management, including public involvement, coordination with regulatory agencies and private utilities, and preparation of permit applications. o Surveying, conceptual engineering, planning studies, preliminary and final design. o Preparation of easements, various presentation materials, reports, construction drawings, specifications and bid documents. o Grant procurement and administration. o Bid administration. o Construction management, traffic control review, inspection, testing, creation of record drawings, and warranty inspections.
