City of Missoula Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all necessary material, labor and equipment to successfully complete tennis court resurfacing on a total of 7 courts, at three (3) different park locations within the City of Missoula park system: Pineview Park: 1010 Pineview Dr. Missoula, MT 59802 o bank of three (3) tennis courts with striping for two basketball keys Sgt. Gregory Park: 707 Van Buren St. Missoula, MT 59802 o bank of two (2) tennis court with striping for two basketball keys Kiwanis Park: 350 Kiwanis St. Missoula, MT 59802 o bank of two (2) tennis courts Tennis courts were resurfaced in 2009 (Pineview), 2005 (Gregory & Kiwanis). General work includes court pressure washing to removal loose debris to the maximum extent possible, patching/or filling of all cracks, filling of bird baths as needed or required, application of acrylic re-surfacer, application of new color coat surface and line striping in accordance with tennis standards. Owner will remove and re-install tennis nets and posts. Bid Bond: A Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of cash, a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, or bank draft, in any case drawn and issued by a national banking association located in Montana or by any banking corporation incorporated under the laws of Montana; or a Bid Bond or bonds issued by a surety authorized to do business in Montana. The City of Missoula reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids, and, if all bids are rejected, to re-advertise under the same or new specifications, or to make such an award as in the judgment of its officials that best meets the Agency's requirements.
