Demolition of site elements including tree removal. Unclassified excavation for the new pavement section. Concrete pad at fuel dispenser and over the underground tank. Concrete cove gutter at entrance to fuel station. New asphalt pavement. 5000 gallon holding tank. New security camera system. Utility modifications. Storm Drain System. Removal and disposal of existing aboveground fuel system after new system is commissioned.
