The City of Missoula requires bidders submit electronic bids as prescribed on the City s electronic bidding site. This project consists of the following but is not necessarily limited to: installing approximately 1,979 lineal feet of water main, 712 lineal feet of curb, 5,025 square feet of sidewalk, and 1,284 square yards of asphalt in Washburn Street, Idaho Street, Montana Street, and Catlin Street in Missoula, MT. The City of Missoula is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Contractor(s) is required to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and must comply with the City s Affirmative Action Policy. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the bids specified above. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Missoula. Any objections to published specifications must be filed in written form with the City of Missoula prior to the bid opening.
