Combined Fencing & Gates Projects A Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated amount of the proposal, made payable to the Savannah-Chatham County Board of Public Education. If a Bidder's Bid exceeds $100,000 and the Bidder is the successful Bidder who is awarded a contract at the end of this solicitation then the successful Bidder will be required to provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% percent of the total Contract amount within 14 days receipt of the District's Intent to Award and prior to execution of contract. No extension of the bidding/proposal period will be made unless indicated by a written addendum. The Board has the right to disqualify a bid/proposal of any offeror deemed nonresponsive to the Board.
