Liquid Asphalt FOB: Statewide Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes The Arkansas Department of Transportation (hereafter called ARDOT) will receive bids for a Supply Contract to furnish to ARDOT requirements of Liquid Asphalt Materials at locations and pricing set forth on attached Bid Form for the period beginning April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 (3 Months). Bid Bond in the amount of $500.00 required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. Performance Bond in the amount of $2,000.00 will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Performance Bonds.
