Little Rock Port Authority Notice of Request for Qualifications The Little Rock PortAuthority requests qualifications and performance data from prospective engineering firms toprovide design and NEPA for rehabilitation and extension of the Main Terminal Dock, also knownas North Dock, at the Port of Little Rock. The initial phase will be for preliminary design, costestimates and NEPA work; completion of design will be contingent upon availability of funds.Evaluation and selection of the engineering firms will be in accordance with the State ofArkansas Procurement Laws and Rules, Subchapter 8, Procurement of Professional Services.Statements of Qualifications from interested parties are to be addressed to the Little Rock PortAuthority, attention Marsha Guffey, 10600 Industrial Harbor Drive, Little Rock, AR 72206.
