The City of Cathedral City is requesting Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide janitorial services at our City Hall, Police Department, and our administrative Fire Department. Proposals must be signed by an official authorized to bind the firm and shall be valid for sixty (60) days. The City reserves the right to modify this schedule at the City's discretion. Proper notification of changes will be made to all interested parties. By submitting a proposal, the Proposer certifies the Proposal has been arrived at independently and has been submitted without any collusion designed to limit competition. All questions regarding this project proposal shall be directed to Patrick Bumstead at pbumstead@cathedralcity.gov. Questions should be emailed to Patrick Bumstead no later than 3/12/2025. Answers to questions will be posted with this RFP by 3/20/2025. Each proposal shall be irrevocable for a period of Ninety (90) days from the Proposal Opening Date. The duration of the Agreement for this project is for one (1) year commencing on July 1, 2025, with an option to extend the Agreement for an additional three (3) years. The option for extension will be provided in one (1) year increments.
