The City of Cathedral City is requesting proposals from qualified companies to upgrade the current Audio/Visual (A/V) systems in the Council Chambers and the Study Session Conference Room. All the rooms requiring A/V upgrades are located at City Hall in Cathedral City (City Hall). The goal is to enhance each system's functionality, simplify the setup, improve overall user experience, and enable integration across the various conference rooms streaming, recording, and video conferencing needs. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 at 4:30 PM PT City Response to Questions Deadline July 17, 2025. All questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted in writing to Jan De Guzman, via email at IT-RFP@cathedralcity.gov. Award of Contract September 10, 2025 (Tentative date) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
