Charlotte County Public Schools seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to providie all labor and materials to prepare areas for sodding, furnishing and placing the sod, watering and rolling in the designated areas, district wide as per specifications, terms and conditions. Question Deadline Date: March 21, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. Please submit all questions/comments in writing to online. Your question/comment is immediately routed to all applicable purchasing staff for a response. We try to respond within two business days unless extensive research is required. If you have registered for this solicitation, you will receive a notification immediately after we post an answer. Questions/comments submitted after the stated Question Deadline Date may not be answered. Nonetheless, such a late submission shall not excuse a bidder from providing a complete and accurate solicitation response.
