RIVERWOOD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (District), located in Charlotte County,Florida announces that professional engineering services will be required on a continuing basis for the Districts stormwater systems and other public improvements authorized by Chapter 190,Florida Statutes. The engineering firm selected will act in the general capacity of District Engineer and will provide District engineering services, as required. Services include engineering, surveying,planning, environmental management: or permitting, financial or economic feasibility studies,stormwater management and other infrastructure and civil type projects for the District and such services may include, without limitation, the following:Community infrastructure provided by the District as authorized in Chapter190, Florida Statutes. Prospective firms, as well as any agents, representatives or persons acting at the request of such prospective firms, shall be prohibited from discussing any matters related in any way to this Request for Qualifications with any RCDD officer, agent, or employee, other than the Purchasing Agent, or as may otherwise be directed in the Request for Qualifications. Any and all questions relative to this RFQ shall be directed in writing by e-mail only to Janice Swade, District Managers Assistant, at Janice.Swade@Inframark.com The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
