SCOPE OF WORK The CONTRACTOR shall perform within the time set forth in this Agreement and shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents. Contractor will also be responsible for accurate measurements. DEP. ANTHONY REDONDO MEMORIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT scope of work is as follows: A. Using ASTM Standards, construct and install a 5-12 playground with multiple features, including a swing bay. The construction and installation of workout/circuit feature. All installed equipment will include a containment cement curb of minimum 18” Deep x 6” Thick with an integrated sidewalk for connectivity 54” W x 6” Thick. All concrete must be rated at 4500 PSI. (Square footage to be determined during site walk) B. Using ASTM Standards, furnish and install Pour in Place surfacing for the Playground and Workout station. The Granule size will be TPV 0.5-1.5 with an aliphatic binder (Square footage to be determined during site walk) C. The construction and installation of two (2) Hip/fabric overhead shade structures with 18” high concrete bollards at 4500 PSI around the base of each column D. Furnish, construct, and install six (6) Solar lights and poles with 12” high concrete bollard pedestals at 4500 PSI Please see Appendix B, C, D, E, and F for more information By entering into this Agreement, CONTRACTOR acknowledges that there may be other contractors on the site whose work will be coordinated with that of its own. CONTRACTOR expressly warrants and agrees that it will cooperate with other contractors and will do nothing to delay, hinder, or interfere with the work of other separate contractors, the AGENCY, the Construction Manager, the Architect, or utilities. CONTRACTOR also expressly agrees that, in the event its work is hindered, delayed, interfered with, or otherwise affected by a separate contractor, its sole remedy will be a direct action against the separate contractor. To the extent allowed by law, the CONTRACTOR will have no remedy, and hereby expressly waives any remedy against the AGENCY, the Construction Manager, or the Architect on account of delay, hindrance, interference or other events caused by a separate contractor
