Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide all permits, labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and all other resources necessary to properly clean, crack fill, seal coat, and restripe approximately 430,331 sq. ft. of asphalt areas located in the Imperial Valley, in accordance with this solicitation. 333 E. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. Responses to questions received will be provided digitally for download on our website www.iid.com, under this solicitation listing to all participants no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, March 20, 2025. Ms. Isabel Garcia went over the critical dates for the solicitation and further explained the two-step evaluation process, response forms, proposal requirements and the evaluation criteria. Ms. Garcia reminded the Contractor that both the meeting and job walk required mandatory attendance in order to submit a proposal and that any questions after the mandatory meeting and job walk should be sent to purchasing@iid.com in writing, with the PRFP number as the subject. Ms. Garcia stated Contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations; and further reviewed the insurance, bonding, and Notice of Completion requirements within the Terms and Conditions.
