Site work and renovation of a civil project in Melbourne, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sanitary Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation The Project includes but is not limited to the following Work: 1. the replacement of 20 concrete/ brick manholes 2. the cured in place (CIPP) lining (UV cured) of 9,124 LF of 8" existing sewer lines; the cured in place (CIPP) lining of 1,067 LF of 10" existing sewer lines. 3. manhole rehabilitation of 19 manholes (150 VF) by use of amonolithic concrete liner (monoform) 4. manhole frame and grade adjustments 5. pre and post CCTV and cleaning 6. spot repair of mains as required for CIPP lining 7. Hwy 9 Pump Station Rehabilitation including packaged selfprime pumps and enclosure 8. electrical work for pump station 9. mobilization and demobilization 10. clearing, grubbing, earthwork, seeding, and erosion control11. site grading 12. miscellaneous appurtenances 13. safety systems 14. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
