For the following: Aggregate Contract Accepting bids for the following aggregates: 2,042 Ton Anti-Skid; 150 Ton #1 Course Aggregate; 150 Ton #3 Course Aggregate; 450 Ton #57 Course Aggregate; 117 Ton #8 Course Aggregate; 7,100 Ton 2A Subbase; 200 Ton Select Granular Material 2RC; 100 Ton Gabion Rock; 100 Ton R-3 Rock; 250 Ton R-5 Rock; 50 Ton R-6 Rock; 100 Ton R-7 Rock; 100 Ton R-8 Rock and 150 Ton Cold Mix Patching Material. Performance and Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Central Susquehanna Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
