Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% and Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each municipality. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Central Susquehanna Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
