Members of the public may attend the bid opening by attending the Borough Meeting. Contract A - Endlich Avenue, and Contract B - 2025 Annual Road Project, is being financed in part by grants from the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority" Bidders are directed to ensure that bid submissions are complete as required by the specifications; incomplete submissions may be deemed non-responsive. The wages paid on this project are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended and supplemented. The Contractor and all subcontractors must be prequalified by PennDOT for the type of project work specified in order to bid the project. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and/or waive any informality in any bid received when such action is in the best interest of the Borough
