Contract A - Endlich Avenue, and Contract B - 2025 Annual Road Project, is being financed in part by grants from the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority" Bidders are directed to ensure that bid submissions are complete as required by the specifications; incomplete submissions may be deemed non-responsive. The wages paid on this project are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended and supplemented. The Contractor and all subcontractors must be prequalified by PennDOT for the type of project work specified in order to bid the project.
