Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarifications or interpretations of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must reach the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Question Deadline 09/12/2025 The Work consists of the following: 1. This is a Construction Management (CM) project. 2. The Work consists of the select demolition by owner, and Building Addition, see drawings and bid packages for scope of work. 3. Each contactor is responsible for always keeping the job site clean. Each contractor shall be responsible for having the job site picked up from trash daily before leaving the job site. If the contractor does not police and keep the job site clean, then the owner/construction manager will have the job site cleaned and deduct the costs from the contractor's pay application.
