Construction of the Expansion of the Meridian Fire Volunteer Fire Department 282040 E 1790, Comanche, Ok 73529. Successful Vendor Will Furnish All Labor, Materials and Supplies, Including Concrete, and to Construct Project in Accordance With the Contract Documents. Please Include in Your Bid a Beginning Date, and Completion Date, Upon Award of Bid, as This May Be a Factor in Award of Bid. Must Have Worker's Compensation on Applicable Employees, and Must Provide Verification of Same. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Equal to 5% of the Bid Made Payable to the County Clerk of Stephens County, Oklahoma, as a Proposal Guaranty. Checks for Unsuccessful Bidders Shall Be Returned After Bid Opening. Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids That Are Not Satisfactory. Upon Award of Bid. All Bids Must Be Accompanied With a Non-collusion Affidavit. If You Are Mailing Your Bid, Clearly Mark on The Outside Envelope - "Bid". Give Date and Time of Scheduled Opening and if Possible, List Item Being Bid on. EXACT SPECIFICATIONS MAY BE OBTAINED IN THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE AND SHOULD BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO THE PRE-BID MEETING
