This is inclusive, but not limited to, the roof-mounted chiller, replacing fume hoods within the lab, replacement of fan coil units above the lab ceiling, replacement of exhaust fans, replacement of the roof-mounted make-up air unit. The lighting fixtures within the lab space will also be replaced with LED fixtures.
