For: Janitorial Services at Four Rivers Environmental Education Center, Hidden Oaks Nature Center/Hidden Lakes Bait Shop, Isle a la Cache Museum, Operations and Law Enforcement Facility and Sugar Creek Administration Center For questions regarding the project, contact Tracy Bianco at tbianco@fpdwc.org or (815)545-9743. The bid submitted shall include a certified check, bank draft, cashiers check, bid bond or an acceptable irrevocable letter of credit payable to the Forest Preserve District of Will County for not less than 10% of total Bid amount. The successful Bidder shall submit a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond as outlined in the General Conditions, Bids will be reviewed by the Forest Preserve and presented to the Board of Commissioners for Award of Contract at their regular board meeting on April 10, 2025. The Forest Preserve will issue a written Notice of Contract Award to the successful Bidder. Work shall begin within 10 business days of receipt of the written Notice to Proceed. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents by April 30, 2026, as provided in the General Conditions The Forest Preserve District of Will County Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid or Any Part or Parts or Combinations Thereof, to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities, and to Reject Any or All Bids.
