Question Cut Off Date: 3/24/2025 12:00:00 AM (PT) SCOPE OF WORK The following are the services or result of services requested to be performed by the Successful Proposer. The final Scope of Work will be a coordination of effort between the LVMPD and Company, based on the successful Proposer’s proposal and final negotiations of the parties: The LVMPD is seeking proposals from licensed companies to provide and install a Storage Racking System to hold evidence within our Evidence Vault. Proposals should be submitted demonstrating how your company would design/configure the space. Components taken into account should include, but are not limited to, rack sizing, beam support structure, height of first beam, minimum width of aisles, etc. The evaluation team will be looking to determine which proposals received would meet or exceed our required capabilities at an affordable cost in the estimated timeline provided. The Technical Specifications and Warehouse Drawings are for informational purposes based off a proposed layout. As experts in your field, LVMPD is relying on the Proposer’s expertise to propose a logical and practical solution while meeting all building code/permit requirements.
