Description: The project consists of the completing asphalt paving projects and related tasks at various locations throughout Madison County on an as-needed basis. Technical questions should be directed to Chuck Faulkner at cfaulkner@madisoncountyal.gov. Procurement questions should be directed to Jennie Weatherly at jweatherly@madisoncountyal.gov. The amount of the cashier's check or Bid Bond shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the Contractor's bid but is not required to be in an amount more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). Executes and delivers a Construction Contract with the required Performance and Payment Bonds. The Madison County Commission reserves the right to award this bid on an all-or-none or item by item basis, to refuse all bids, and to waive technicalities.
