The City of Rocky Mount is soliciting proposals for on-demand public nuisance abatement services on private properties that remain non-compliant after 10 days of notice. The contracted services must be performed as needed, ensuring timely and efficient execution in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFP. The City intends to select multiple contractors to perform these services under an on-call contract. This solicitation does not imply or guarantee a work duration, monetary value, or any work. The on-call contract will have a two (2) year duration. At the end of the contract’s current term, the city shall have the option to renew one (1) additional year if both parties are in agreement. Pre-bid Late arrivals may be excluded from the meeting room until all on-time attendees have completed sign-in, and the sign-in sheet secured. Once the sign-in process is complete, all other persons wishing to attend may do so to the extent that space and circumstances allow. On-time attendance will be strictly enforced.
