Scope: Install Cameras, Wiring, Controls and Associated Equipment to Create a Functioning Camera Network Throughout the Muscle Shoals Campus. Certification Requirement: o The bidder must have and provide proof of current certifications relevant to the installation and configuration of access control systems and security cameras, including, but not limited to: Manufacturer certifications for the specific brands of access control readers, controllers, and software (Avigilon). Industry-standard certifications (e.g., Certified Access Control Technician, PSA Certification, or equivalent). INSTALLATION STANDARDS Contractor must use all CAT6 cabling for any new cable runs Contractor must terminate into keystone blocks using pre-terminated jumpers. Contractor must certify and test all connections. Contractor must perform site cleanup. Contractor must supply a final “as-built” document showing serial numbers of all cameras, MAC addresses of all cameras, IP addresses of all cameras, patch panel diagrams, and location notes on all cameras including the closet to which each camera is wired. The documentation shall also include a complete list of other materials, such as mounting brackets and where they are located, and also a list of all software license keys. Also, the document shall provide visual images of all camera views. Additionally, the document will show an overhead view of all camera locations (using building drawings supplied by the customer) and also a complete site health report.
