Site work and renovation of a civil project in South Hill, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work but not limited to: 1. The site has been graded and seeded; therefore, the contractor shall be required to remove and stockpile topsoil, any surplus soil left from foundation excavating shall be removed from site and dumps at the area designated by Microsoft, and when site work is completed then spread the topsoil over the grasses area and seed per the specification. 2. Furnish and install precast concrete building including concrete floor slab, door with hardware, electrical components, ventilation, HVAC, backup generator with concrete pad, ATS, etc. as specified and shown herein. 3. Furnish and install within the building a package booster pump skid system and Fire pump including the furnishing and installing all piping, valves, specialty control valves, SCADA system and integration, etc. as specified and shown herein. 4. Furnish and install all yard piping, valves, vaults, water meter, pressure reducer valve, double check valve assembly, storm sewer, grading (rough and fine), gravel access road, erosion, and sediment control measures, seeding and restoration to achieve final site stabilization as specified and shown herein. 5. The contractor shall be responsible for connecting to underground piping extended beyond elevated and ground storage tanks as shown on Site Plan drawing. No additional payments for remobilization will be paid to the contractor if the timing of these connections does not match with the installation of the yard piping. 6. Survey Scope Construction staking shall be performed by B & B Consultants, Inc. (here referred to as the Engineer) or other surveyors license in the State of Virginia. Price for staking shall be included in Bid and the cost and scope of services are listed in Section 011000 SUMMARY. The Project has a duration for Substantial Completion of December 31, 2025.
