Water Line Relocation Rural Water District No. 5, Rogers County for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for: The project consists of: Approximately 2,800 LF of 8" Water Line, 450 LF of 4" Water Line, 730 LF of 16" Bore and Casing, 100 LF of 8" Bore and Casing, and all appurtenances. Bidders must bid on all items of the contract. The whole work under this contract will be awarded as a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder for the work. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. . Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, or Cashier's Check upon any solvent Bank or Trust Company, payable without reserve to Rural Water District No. 5, Rogers County, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security of the two low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made. The bonds required will be a Performance Bond, a Payment Bond, and a Maintenance Bond, each in the full amount of the contract. No Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled The bidder must supply all the information required by the bid and proposal form including completion of affidavits or his bid will be considered incomplete and therefore rejected. The District may request of any bidder, before his bid is considered for award, that he submit a statement of facts as to his previous experience in performing work of the same character and magnitude, as to his business and technical organization, and financial resources and plant available and to be use in performing the contemplated work. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act.
