Updated Wage Dertimination Purpose of Project: VA Saint Louis Health Care System, John Cochran Division, requires a Construction Contractor to repair AC-1 and associated ductwork and variable air volume boxes in existing space on the second floor of the main hospital. Work includes, but not limited to, replace the steam humidifier and associated piping directly connected to and housed within AC-1, fix duct leakage, and replace approximately 68 variable air volume boxes. This project has a set of drawings and specifications that have been created by an Architectural-Engineering firm. These drawings and specifications indicate the work to be performed. John Cochran VAMC is in need of HVAC services to provide all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, incidentals, and testing necessary for the repair or replacement of various HVAC components associated with Repair Air Handler AC-1 . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is 19.0 million. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
