Thompson Rivers University Community Trust ("the Trust") is pleased to offer this opportunity to develop a commercial/residential hub on a prime pre-zoned parcel at the entrance to the University. The Trust is seeking offers to acquire and develop the McGill Parcel ("the Site") through a prepaid 99-year leasehold interest. This 1.3-acre mixed-use development site is located at The Reach Neighbourhood at TRU, a master planned community at Thompson Rivers University ("TRU") in Kamloops, B.C.
