ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Civil and Plumbing construction B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Excavation and disposal of pond vegetation and sediment. 2. Installation and maintenance of erosion control measures including silt fence and inlet protection. 3. Removal of coniferous trees and planting of deciduous shrubs. 4. Installation of 8' storm sewer manhole and 27" storm sewer pipe. 5. Storm water pond reconstruction including grading, riprap installation, and restoration. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not a subcontractor, the work for at least one contract which have achieved Substantial Completion since August 1, 2014, for construction of excavation and grading, storm structure and sewer installation, erosion control BMP installation and maintenance, and tree and shrub plantings tasks. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $80,000 or greater. Project Manager for this project has had at least five (5) years of experience with excavation and grading, storm structure and sewer installation, erosion control BMP installation and maintenance, and tree and shrub plantings tasks similar in scope and value to this project.
